Greyhound will send you your customer Payment Card. This card includes your customer account number. You will require this information when you are making payments for the Annual Service Charge and Black and Brown Bin Lifts. Please note that Greyhound operates a pre pay system. You are required to ensure that your Greyhound account has sufficient funds to meet the current cost of each black and brown bin lift. If you do not have sufficient funds in your account for the cost of a Black or Brown bin, you will not have your bin collected.

Greyhound has introduced a New Service – Automatic Top Up. This facility is the easiest most convenient and hassle free way to manage your Waste Account. By choosing this service you will never have to worry about missing a collection. You choose how much you wish to top up by from the following amounts: €12 - €20 - €30 - €50

When your account falls below €12 Greyhound will automatically top up your account with your chosen amount. By choosing this service you can avail of our 2 part Annual Charge Payment, you can now opt to pay €50 up front and defer the second payment of €50 until July 1st 2012.

The Service is available to customers with Laser, Debit and Visa Cards, a sign up form was sent in all information packs please complete and return to Greyhound Recycling and Recovery or register by logging into our website.

NOTICE: Customers please note that if your Waste Account is currently in Credit, and you wish to opt for Automatic Top Up, an initial payment of the amount you select will be debited from your card. This needs to be taken in order to active the Auto Top Up service on your account.
